1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Smart Printers and Manufactures (“we”, “our”, or “us”), or by submitting an inquiry through our website or WhatsApp Business channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Smart Printers and Manufactures provides commercial printing and manufacturing services including, but not limited to, offset printing, four-colour printing, brochures, visiting cards, book printing, exam papers, and invitation cards, primarily serving customers in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, and across India.

All services are subject to availability, production capacity, and mutual agreement on specifications, quantities, and pricing prior to commencing work.

3. Inquiries and Orders

• Submitting an inquiry form or sending a WhatsApp message does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing (email, WhatsApp, or written order form) on price, specifications, quantity, and delivery timeline.
• We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or order at our sole discretion.
• Artwork, files, or design assets submitted for printing must be provided in print-ready formats. We are not liable for print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable GST at the prevailing rate (GST No.: 27ADMFS7456H1ZG).
• Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms (advance, partial, or full payment) will be agreed prior to production commencement.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and cash. Cheques are accepted at our discretion.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order complexity, quantity, and production scheduling. We will communicate expected timelines at the time of order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., supply chain issues, natural events, or government orders).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Any advance paid may be refunded at our discretion after deducting any costs already incurred.
• Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted and advances are non-refundable.
• In the event of a printing defect attributable solely to our error, we will reprint the affected job at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to all content, artwork, logos, and text you provide for printing.
• We will not knowingly print content that is defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse such jobs.
• We retain the right to photograph printed samples for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. WhatsApp Communications

By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving business-related responses, quotations, and order updates via WhatsApp. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages. WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Printers and Manufactures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
