To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you — including data collected via our website inquiry form and WhatsApp Business — send us a message using any of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days.
1. What Data We Hold
When you interact with us, we may hold the following personal data:
- From our website inquiry form: Your name, phone number, email address, organisation name, selected services, quantity requirements, and any message you submitted.
- From WhatsApp Business: Your WhatsApp phone number, display name, and the content of messages you sent us.
- From direct contact: Any information shared via phone calls or messages.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can submit a data deletion request using any of the following methods. Please include your full name and the phone number or email address you used when contacting us, so we can locate and delete the correct records.
Option A — WhatsApp Message
Send us a WhatsApp message with the text: “Data deletion request — [your name] — [your phone/email]”
Open WhatsApp ChatOption B — Phone Call
Call us and ask to submit a data deletion request. Please have your name and the contact details you used ready.

- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- We will verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct records.
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your verified request.
- We will confirm completion of deletion back to you.
4. Exceptions — Data We Must Retain
In some circumstances we are legally required to retain certain data and cannot delete it on request:
- Tax and financial records (invoices, GST records, payment receipts) must be retained for a minimum of 7 years under the GST Act and Income Tax Act of India.
- Records subject to an active legal dispute or regulatory investigation cannot be deleted until the matter is resolved.
Where we are unable to delete certain data because of a legal obligation, we will inform you and restrict its use to compliance purposes only.
5. WhatsApp Data Held by Meta
Our WhatsApp Business account is operated on the Meta (WhatsApp) platform. While we will delete your data from our own records, data stored within WhatsApp’s own systems is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy. To request deletion of data held by Meta, please use WhatsApp’s in-app account deletion or data request features (Settings → Account → Request Account Info / Delete My Account).
